Can someone please remind me or confirm for me which settings are used to adjust line volume. It is gain right?

I have 4 analog lines being delivered by the cable company. Typically I find the cable companies push to much through the lines, but in this case, the volume in low and the inbound callers cannot hear. Previously they had an old Panasonic analog system and we put in a new IPO with IP phones.

thx

Yes. It is the Gain. The Help Button is your friend here mate.

These settings are used to adjust the perceived volume on all calls.
A | D: Default = 0dB. Range =-10.0dB to +6.0dB in 0.5dB steps. Sets the analog to digital gain applied to the signal received from the trunk by the system. To conform with the Receive Objective Loudness Rating at distances greater than 2.7km from the central office, on analog trunks a receive gain of 1.5dB must be set.
