If it is programmed as a CO line you can use the form 19 routing for Alternate Recall Point for CO Line and direct it to a Speedcall.
The speedcall will have Inband digits to integrate with VM and the particular MB you want.
Isnt perfect but it works.

The Speedcall form 19 redirect needs to go to a speedcall.
The speedcall will have something like:
111*9**1234
111 = VM Hunt group
*9 = Pause 1s
** = Sends * digit
1234 = Mailbox to integrate with
