We have a device that will auto answer an analog line then bridge the call into a paging system. My problem is after you hang up the analog line never disconnects it just sends reorder tone through the paging system.

So anything I can do on the phone system side to make the analog line disconnect and not send reorder tone?

This is an analog line in a F9600 ESR

This is a work around but it works. How are your voicemail ports setup? You can check the SVP 2,64 to verify if they send reorder tone or dialtone on disconnect. If they send disconnect, add the slt port to the voicemail port list, but don't add it to the hunt group for voicemail.

Thanks that is a great idea. They currently send silent tone so i will try this out.

SVP,2,64,1 which is silent tone.
