I have an NBX 100. While upgrading to Ver 6, I found a bad hard drive. Replaced it and upgrade succeeded. I was using a restored database.
It is set up for two different (but related) offices on one NBX. Two telephone groups are set up. One for office A and one for office B. Button mappings for office A have all five analog lines mapped with their three that ring and the other two that don't ring. Office B has all five analog lines mapped with their two that ring and the other three that don't ring.
Since the upgrade, calls coming into Office B will ring at Office A. Some calls coming into Office A will ring at Office B. It does not happen every time.
After trying to rediscover analog line ports and creating new groups, I purged the database and recreated it.
The issue is still there.
Thanks.
