Total new user here. We have a Mitel VoIP system with an analog line that can dial out but when called gets an "Out of service" message. Line appears to be patched and programmed ok but still not working. Short of recreating it....any suggestions?
Can you remove the cabling that connnects to the port and try it in case some type of short is causing the issue ( although I would think if that is the case you couldn't dial out ). Is there any kind of forwarding or rerouting on the extension that could be sending calls to some other number that is out of service ( try maintenance command loc fea ext xxxx ).
I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
