Hello all, I am new to Nortel but have been working with Cisco Callmanager for about 3 to 4 years now. So I am learning the Nortel system. The problem I have is that Analog lines in 1 of my locations are not able to route out to a certain area code. But are able to go out to all other area codes fine. The Area Code in question is 786. I have checked the NPA and show that it routes out the PRI at the location. Any Help with trying to resolve this is appreciated
This is a trace I did for the DN:

Sorry something else I should add. When they pick up the phone they get dialtone. When they dial the number nothing else happens. Just Dead Air.

just print out one of your working area codes in ld 90 and make sure the new area codes are going to the same rli.

I would bet this is a Telephone Company issue and not BARS or anything to do with your PBX.
