analog line 034 set as Private to: 200 AA answers

Customer calls every week with same problem: Line 034 is set as private to: 200 which is owners ext. 221 is reception. receptionist puts on night service and 200 private line gets answered by AA.

Line 034 private to 200, Prime is 200, services group 001 ext. 200 not assigned, control set for line 034 : 200.

I thought I programmed everything but AA is still anwering the line usually in the morning afternight service is taken off.

Check the ring group that the night service is using to see if line 200 is in it.
 
You need to remove that line from the control sets/lines data block.
Go to Services,step thru Ringing,Restriction and Routing service. At control sets enter line 034 and remove it.
 

Cook, the only extra dial is 300 vm ext.

Ringbacktone, control set : L 032: none
I am not experiencing the AA answering. I changed the time to see if that might be the issue. Nothing.

I welcome any other suggestions!
