Analog DN won't ring on incoming calls

I have a DID setup on an analog line,phone type 500. Incoming calls don't ring on the phone. This worked at one time but has now stopped. Other analog phone on the line card do ring, but this one doesn't. Any suggestions of what else to look at? Here's a printout of the phone:

Phone plugged in, ringer turned on, can it be called internally by dialing 3510?

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

If you dial it internal and it doesn't ring change your Analog Card

if your in UK do you use Balens with capacitors in them could just be a faulty Balen or socket depending on your distribution. If you have a Butt Phone try direct on the frame see if that rings. try cross patching 2 analogues does the fault stay with the pone or the port would be a simple test.

in LD 10 Out the set and free this TN
cpy 1 with same/another non used DN

Check telephone set on anther working number if it rings
check jumper wire is patched i think its fine if it gives tone
if no luck with any of above disable the TN in LD 32 and count 15 slots on card
