Hello All,

Has anyone every seen/used an analog display phone for the G3. I would like to upgrade some of the stations and give some people display without upgrade to a digital port & phone.

Thanks

bigtee959,

... or tn2793b circuit pack if you're outside of us. and analog phone with caller id functionality as well.

and then I think you change the set type from 2500 to callerid, right?

You are correct jgideon. The pack must be a TN793B to support the caller-Id feature. Also look and make sure that the vintage is V6 or better as the earlier packs had problems. For the original question, I really don't know of any descent phones for this. I have a couple of the Panasonics out there and they still have trouble from time to time.

Happy Holidays to all.

Thank You All,

Mike That was my next question. I have seen a LP550 line powered analog display phone, from Telematrix I think, but for 120 bucks I could give the users a digital phone. Has anyone seen a solution for under $60. If not no early xmas present for them.

Thanks Again

Also dont forget to put the proticol type on the system-parameters features page -1.

Protocol for Caller ID Analog Terminals :- Bellcore

It works for me on Bellcore protocol.
