Hello,
I was wondering if someone could give me some info on setting up Analog DID lines on an 0X32 with 6.0xc software. I have 2 6port expansion cards,4 station modules, 1 trunk module, and a
4.0 NAM.My trunk module is on the 6th slot on the first expansion card (slot 2 on the Ksu) and the DID cards are on slots 1&2 on the trunk module. I have already set the system for DID's as well as the trunks on the trunk module in Hardware. Aside from assigning the Target lines to the ext's, how are the lines set up in the "Lines" programming? I am new to DID's, and would appreciate any help. The DID are incoming only, Dn's are 3 digits.
Thanks,
Gabriel

You set up target lines much like you would regular analog lines. Target lines are numbered starting at 145. Setup the digits to be received by each target line, set the prime set for each target line, and then assign the target line to the required extension like you would any other line. I suggest having at least 2 intercoms assigned to each extension. Target lines can be assigned as ring only so that they will ring in over an intercom path. Hope this helps.

Should the prime set be the Voice Mails Dn, since each Ext will have a mailbox?

No the prime of a target line should be either unassigned or the station DN else whatever ext you have as the prime DN will get the calls on DRT to prime timeout (vm would not know what extension a call is for and would answer with the AA greeting)
