I am trying to find a analog cordless phone that the flash key will work with a Meridian Option 11 PBX switch. Nortel has discontinued all of their cordless phones for this switch, and will not recommend any other phone. I need a phone that the flash key will work so we can transfer calls.

I think you can still purchased Spectralink phones via remarketers. These have an interface box (MCU) that connects to a digital port and the RCU box provides the wireless portion. The phones are pricey though. last I remember, back when they were new, they ran arounf $500 a piece. If the price doesn't scare you off, look them up on the web.

Othere than that, I think it would be time to experiment by purchasing your phone that would connect to the switch...you could always returns it, then try the flash & if it doesn't work, adjust your flash time in the switch.
