Should the Siemens 3000 be able to drop a party in conference using an analog line? With the 9006 and Rolm 9751 it's **4. After establishing a conference call, hookflashing again and entering **4 would drop the last (or only) party in conference snd return to the 1st call. In the 3000 the code #3 is "Conference drop", but doing the same procedure and subsituting *3 for **4 just terminates the entire call. It can be done successfully with an Optiset, just choose "Consult" and arrow to "Drop Party" and it succeeds. We have a VRU with analog integration and are trying to do the same with an analog line. This is a Release 4 system.
