Hi all - I haven't been able to set up caller ID over analog trunk. It's S8300 CM3.1.2. The trunk type is CO and the phone is 4621. When I put in the call, the phone display will show the trunk name instead of the caller info.

For testing purpose, I put a caller ID box in front of Avaya and it's showing both caller name and number. But when I did a list trace on the trunk and the station, it's showing no CPN. For some reason, the S8300 is not recognizing caller ID.

According to the doc, I set up receive analog caller ID in the trunk form as Bellcore and change the incoming seizure time to 120 ms. And the system feature form has Bellcore as the standard. But that didn't do it. What did I miss?

Thank you very much for the info, Kotey. I change the station type to callid but it would give me only the name but not the number, is there anything else I need to do to get both name and number?
