Analog Alarm on Virtual MCD

Just finished a upgrade of an Virtual MCD from 6 to 7 now getting an alarm showing faults on the analog board which doesn't exist. We do have a MCD we use as a trunking gateway.
Any Ideas?

Yes, someone originally converted the db to virtual and forgot to remove the analog.

Cant do it qfter the fact
