Here is the story, the ivr can log in to the analog agent ports using spree+97+xxxx. Everything good there.
However, when trying to log out, the IVR states "no dialtone". Tracing the ports, the PBX goes off hook but does not outpulse digits.
My quesiton: Does an analog agent indicate its logged in by giving studdered dialtone? Is there a way to turn this off?
Naturally, the IVR folks say they have to test for dial tone. I think this is why their IVR does nothing and the agent remains logged in.
Any thoughts?
