My customer is using our software, which uses the Crystal Viewer to view reports. When trying to view a report, they can not even open it. They get the error: "An unknown error has occurred in the report engine. The error code is 997."
They don't have Norton Anti-virus...they use CA Associates and had tested turning that off and trying to view reports without success. There are no other errors found that are associated with this. Can anyone shed some light on this error or have a suggestion to try?
