I receive un email in Goldmine 7 with a digital signature and everytime I try to open, access or delete the email, goldmine closes and the i get a visual basic error with this descriptions:

Have you ever successfully retrieved digitally signed mail?


By the way, GoldMine wasn't written in Visual Basic, but rather C++

Goldmine Version is:

AppName: gmw7.exe AppVer: 7.0.61302.0 ModName: gmw7.exe
ModVer: 7.0.61302.0 Offset: 007f8ae2

I got a new email and it goes to the "inbox". Now I can´t even open the inbox because goldmine closes.

I open the email in outlook and the certicate was from this Portuguese entity: MULTICERT CPS & CPs and i get more oinformation about the certificate:

I'm not a tecnic. I use GM for more than 15 years. I have overpass all this kind of dificulties by my own, but this one is taking me crazy. Tanks a lot.
