Dealing with a multi-branch operation where calls come into the central branch, and are then transferred (Xfer, 9, dial number).
Problem is, intermittently, the original inbound caller cannot be heard at the branch the call was transferred to. Unsure if they can hear the branch or not.
Tech tried replicating this problem all afternoon, with no success.
Thoughts? Thanks.

Transfers of this kind are subject to low audio, because the system does a conference between tow lines.

Better to use a three way conference/transfer through the CO. LINK - Number. You will need to be sure your lines are capable of such a transfer, if not contact your provider.
