Under the heading of "genuinly interesting approaches to malware" this effort should be considered. It works exactly as stated in the Homepage of the site:


For the truely curious, this appears to be an early development concept for Windows Longhorn and what will be for XP SP2 users a soon-to-be released IE Version 7. MSFT tests all sorts of things, and then roughly picks and chooses. This approach to malware issues is being given serious consideration by Microsoft, and I thought you would enjoy getting an early start.

This is not BETA. It works fine.
 
That's pretty interesting, I might try that sometime.
