An extra slice in the print preview of PieChart

Hello there,

I have made a Pie-Chart using the Wizard. In the design view it shows all the data correctly ie all the slices shown are correct, however when I view in Print preview or Layout preview, an extra slice is added in the piechart with a value 10%.

Again when I go back to design view that extra slice disappears. I checked the datasheet, it doesnt have any extra slice or data....please help !!!!
