Greetings,

I'm new to Avaya after working several years on Meridian systems.

My question is the following:
I need to create a hotline for a call centre that would ring close to 30 sets simultaneously. If an agent answers and another call comes in, then the other 29 sets would ring, etc...

In the Nortel world, I use an MCR key to do this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Danny

That would be a group, in Manager go to groups and create a new one, add the users and set it to collective ringing, then point the Incoming number to that group :)

You may wish to turn voicemail off for that group also.

And give it a new number...:)

That would fall under the requirements to "create a new one" clever pants :)
