Hello All,

I have a number of 3D web reports published.
When trying to view most of them, they produce the following error in a browser "An error occurred, but no details are available".
The title bar of the browser displays: "The id changes from one report to another.
Only 3 reports displays succesfully while the other 13 have this problem.

I even tried to search for the "infoobject.cwr" on the server but couldn't find it.

Any clues?

Thank you,

Diaa

Hello synapsevampire,

Yes, they are Crystal Analysis reports.
I tried to run the reports using crystal analysis but surprisingly, they produced the following error:

Crystal OLAP
The file that you are loading refers to a cube that no longer exists.
Would you like to open the file against a different cube?

Does the fix still apply to the problem?

Thank you,

Diaa

Hi,

"infoobject.cwr" is not an object or file..It is a command that is parsed by the CE server..

If the cube no longer exists, the only solution is to recreate it and repoint the report(s) to it..

Hello Turkbear,

I am a bit new with Crystal. Can I know the data source info (name, path, etc...) from the report itself?

Thank you
