An error in VS.NET 2005

I sometimes meet this errors when running a web application.

Compiler Error Message: CS0006: Metadata file 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\web\ce2adc83\9ae6b81f\App_Web_chpeqg3q.dll' could not be found

I don't know the reason. When it happens, I just restart the VS.NET and everything works fine.

try cleaning and rebuilding the solution, then debug
