An easy way to create numbered ranges?

Hi , Is there an easy way to create ranges of numbers? For eg. 0-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, etc.. up to say 15,000. Rather than create these ranges manually, can anyone suggest a formula or some other trick in crystal? Thanks.
