Hi Guys,

I have customer who uses a third party application which had been configured for a Nortel BCM 50. The application pops up the number and the details of the calling person. Would anyone be able to guide me where I could start to make this application work on the IPO Tapi etc?
I know the app uses the BCM CTE and it asks for the DN Number to connect to BCM 50 but could this be tweaked to work on the IPO?

cheers

I really doubt it, the third party developer will be able to tell you if it's possible as the 2 systems work so differently they would have had to specifically develop it to work with both :)

Thanks for the quick response.

I thought i probably would be wasting time looking into this. I beleive the developer is not interested in making this work. It was a small computer company and I think they just support servers now.
It was made a good few years ago. Looks like the 10 companies I installed the IPO will have to look for new software.

Thanks :)
