An app for managing your phone from a laptop

Hi! I'm wondering if there's an app that lets me remotely turn on my phone from a computer and track its location. Also, is it possible to connect a camera and see what's going on?
My phone got stolen recently, so I'm looking for a security application for my new one.
Any help would be appreciated!

Search for "Find my device" and that will show you how to track the location of your phone if it is turned on. It will not enable you to turn it on. I suspect that the laws of physics will prevent you turning on a phone remotely if it has been turned off.
