Hi

I'm not too sure if this is possible, basically one a fixed day of the month i'd like the results of a query to be emailed out to certain people in our company.

The system we use access for handles rebates i have written several queries that examine rebate period spend against sales incentive rebates and i'd like this data to be emailed automatically to our buyers two months before agreements expire and then again one month before they expire.

Anyone got any ideas?

You want a DoCmd.SendObject to send the mail.

Put it in an autoexec macro.

Then you need a scheduler to open the Access DB at a given point in time.

Sorted.
