In Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition, when setting up the Alert Management System (AMS), one is required to enter an SMTP address for sending an internet mail alert.
However, every SMTP server we use requires authentication, and I don't see a place to enter authentication credentials in AMS.
Am I (hopefully) missing something obvious? None of my email tests are going anywhere.
