Amplified handset on the OUTBOUND side...

I have a customer that has been desperate to find a HANDSET for Merlin 4400 series phone that will somehow amplify the voice of the person speaking into it. This is because his employee has a speech issue and and cannot speak loud enough.

I found Avaya COMCODE 700229743, but nowhere can I find out what it actually does or how it works.

The customer swears he was at another company somewhere that had such a thing, and will not take no for an answer.

Has anyone run into something like this?

In the Magix Pocket Reference I found two Amplified Speech handsets: K-Style Amplified Speech, black 31054A-09 406712406 K7S2 (KS23843L1)
K-Style Amplified Speech, white 31054A-10 406712414 K7S2
(KS23843L2).
