"help with spelling dictionary"

Is there no easy way to choose a dictionary thant do this
file/preferences/userpreferences/international/spelling dictionary. every time

I have seen a tool that put a icon on Notes, but it does not have Afrikaans in it, and the person that has make this tool e-mail address in not valid. Using Lotus notes R5
