I'm doing a quote for a client for an Access 2003 DB. I have never used the replication piece before and I am trying to get a good estimate for how much time it will take to set up. The database has about 30 tables, many of which wont change if that matters. They are going to be taking laptops (6-12 of them) out into the field where there is no internet or network access. Upon return the laptops will connect to the network and replicate with a master db on the server. I downloaded some white papers but I need an idea of how long it might take to set up and how much vba coding is involved (I'm pretty proficient but this is a new venture for me). Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks! Also any tricks to setting it up?
