AMG API PA_PROJECT_PUB.Create_Project throwing Error!!!

Hi,
I am trying to create project using AMG API PA_PROJECT_PUB.Create_Project. The API is running fine in the 11.5.9 version but in 11.5.10 version I am getting the following error:-

Failed to create the project for Project Number E45011800000000 ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_PROJECT_CLASSES_U1) violated in Package PA_PROJECT_PVT Procedure add_class_categories

Is anybody encountered this type of error....?

It's a duplicate key. Look for the table with the index named above, probably PA.PA_PROJECT_CLASSES. Find out what column(s) is included in the index PA_PROJECT_CLASSES_U1. See if you can determine where the dup of that column(s) is originating.
