I am having problems logging onto AOL from my SONY laptop. I have tried using various different phone numbers. I am getting a busy signal every time i dial. I can log on from my desktop without any problem using the same numbers. Any suggestions?

Check the area code/location dialing rules on both the laptop and PC. Maybe the base number is the same, but one may be including the area code or trying a 1 in front of the number by default.
