amending tweened text in flash

I have made my flash file with text slowly appearing then slowly fading. I now have to resupply the file but with German text. How do I highlight the tweened text and change it to German... I hope I dont have to re-do all the tweening actions again?!!

You should be able to just edit the text and the action will stay the same. Just don't change the object's name.
