Ok I have a question about the speed. What is it's max? In my bios it says that I can set the speed to 2500 mhz and I have it set to 2000 mhz. Would setting it 2500 mhz really be called overclocking? If anyone has this CPU and has it set to 2500 mhz then please tell me if you see it safe or not and if your warranty was voided. Thanks!

It's definately not safe and probably wouldn't even boot at that clock speed.
Overclocking is not recommended for a stable setup in a professional enviroment
With stock cooling with an XP2.4+ the most you could expect anyway would be 10% and it just isn't worth it.

I've gotten mine to XP 2700+ or 2.2ghz. I tried to go higher but it blue screened so I think thats about as high as you can overclock it. And yes increasing the clock speed is overclocking since its rated to run at 2ghz. However these chips are made to allow some overclocking.
