How can I check if I have the correct part numbers assigned in the AMC ? Currently trying to license an entmananger server, but is failing, I suspect that it may be an incorrect license applied in the AMC. Within the licensekey file it states "not entitled to version". Trying to license 6.0/9.0 for MCD 4.0 sp3(phonebook managed by opsman). New install and not an upgrade.

We have always had problems with ops man licensing failing and the advise from Mitel was always to do a manual license, have you tried this?.

This record was upgraded but here are the part numbers applied to it

54002133 Enterprise Manager: Voice Quality Upgrade
54002883 Enterprise Manager Upgrade: 4.0 Entitlement Baseline
54001242 Enterprise Manager Upgrade: 5 Node Licenses.
54001750 Embedded Ops Manager Standard to Enhanced Upgrade.

This is what I have been given for a new install(no upgrade)

1 x Enterprise Manager Base Software
1 x Enterprise Manager: Crystal Report Upgrade
1 x Enterprise Manager: Voice Quality Upgrade
1 x Ops Manager Standard Upgrade.
1 x Enterprise Manager Upgrade: 10 Node Licenses.
1 x Embedded Ops Manager Standard to Enhanced Upgrade

Is this correct ?

I seem to be missing :

54002883 Enterprise Manager Upgrade: 4.0 Entitlement Baseline

Both of your app records have this and I have checked other sites which also have this as well. Could this be why I am having these issues ?

Thanks for your help boycey9!
