AMC. Anyone knows this?

Hi. I'm trying to work with the Active Movie Control Object and I'm getting really frustated here because I can't make it work.
I mean each time I try to run an app that has this object I'll get an error message saying:

"System Error &H80004005(-2147467259). Unspecified Error"

What is this? This appears just before the code starts being read...

Must I do something in order for this to work?
I hope anyone can help me because I have no idea on wich direction to take...
