Here is some text from a doc I wrote up sometime ago :
It’s possible you fixed the problem reported to Service Focal Point or errpt but the yellow light still displays next to the managed system. If this happens, use the following steps to “toggle” the light off.
Open WebSM or the HMC
Service Applications
Service Focal Point
Service Utilities
Select the Systems Processor by S/N (Highlight)
With the Mouse, select System Attention LED
With the Mouse, select Deactivate System Attention LED
Then hit “OK” to the message
