Ambassadore TTF to PDF font substitution

When exported to PDF the letters D & O (ambassadore true type) are substituted by the symbol >
This font is used in the bussines logo so it is a big problem.
We are using latest drivers & Acrobat 5.0, any suggestions?

Which versions of PM and Distiller (5?) are you using, and which platform/version are you using?

Are the characters enbedded in a graphic or text on the page?

What are your Distiller settings re: font embedding?

Is the font name correct - ambassadore - I can't find it?
