Amanda Work Group

I recently took over maintenance for a customer that has an Amanda Work Group. Because of the recent weather that we had here in NJ both their Panasonic telephone system and Amanda System lost power. The Panasonic is fine, but the Amanda won't answer calls. I haven't been to the site yet but I was told that the main screen's port status indicates never. Will a simply port reset take care of this?
Also, the Panasonic phones has 'hunt grp 01' on its' display(i think 01).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
Problem solved. Went to customers site and browsed the Amanda system and everything look fine. I figured the problem must be in the Panasonic. All I did was toggle the power switch of the system and everything came up OK. The system must of lost its integration to the voice mail.
