Hello all, I’m new to Sales and my manger handed me Act2007 and asked to start using it.
The company is small and I’m pretty good with programs but I wanted to get some expert advice.
I was given a list of about 300 company and asked to enter them into the Act!, I did but I added them under Company and Not under Contacts. Looking back I’m not sure if I did the right thing, should I have added them as Contact?
Also I recall a friend mention a very long time ago that Act works with Microsoft Street and Trips, is this true? If so which version is compatible?
In closing I’d be happy to take anyone’s advice on best practices.
