I had created a report file using Lanscape Orientation and always get an extra blank paper after printing. There is no printing problem if i redesign the report in Portrait Orientation but i can't affort to do that cause i need to present a lot of information in one row.

Below are the setting for my report file:
Print Setup
------------
Orientation : Lanscape
Size : A4 210x297mm
Source : First Available Tray

Page Setup
-----------
Top Margin : 0.17
Left Margin : 0.25
Right Margin : 0.25
Bottom Margin : 0.25
Use Default Margin

The problem only happend after i print that page. It is OK during the Print Preview.

** My printer is loaded witn A4 size papers.

Do you have the correct and most current print driver?
Is your top margin too small based on the printable area of your printer? Ken Hamady

Try hiding/suppressing the report footer section if your not using it.

If it were the report footer, it should happen in preview also. Ken Hamady

Hi,

You should also check that the detail/group sections have no blank space at the end of them (ie. use the fit section option from design screen. Put the blank space as the start if necessary.

As a general recommendation, set all margin to 0.3" or above. Most printer has non-printable area of 0.2x"
