Altiware Password Recovery 1

I need to recover the password for the Altiware Administrator due to an employee leaving and changing the passord. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

This can be done however it does matter what version of the AltiGen Server software you are running. Do you know what version you are on?
