Altiris Deployment 6.9 Dagent Error

Morning friends, I'm trying to re-image a Win7 workstation on our network but Altiris is confusing it with another PC. The Dagent on one PC isn't picking up the serial no.#. Could this be an issue with the motherboard or BIOS on that computer?
