I cannot hear the voice from the AltiView Client using SoftPhone when connected over the internet.
If we connect internally or use a VPN over the internet it works fine. I am stumped, do you have any idea as to what is being blocked. We are using a Sonic Wall appliance and have opened the following ports:
1720 TCP
10032 TCP
10050 TCP
49151-49168 TCP and UDP
