AltiGen QTMAM0408U Problem

Hi

I have Altigen telephone system with a 4x8 Quantium board

have everything punched down on 66 block system shows all four trunks ready and idle

when u call any trunk line phones never ring I can hit 9 get an outside line and make calls but no calls incoming will ring


im at a loss

please help :-((

What do you have setup under trunk configuration > in call routing?
