Altigen IP 705 Phone

We are having difficulty where if our 705 phones lose power from the Cisco switch they won't reboot. They start to boot and always get stuck at loading FW... no matter how many times we keep trying to reboot them.

If we replace the phone the new phone comes right up, and the broken phone will boot fine once we bring it back to our corporate office and attach it to the network.

Has anyone seen this issue before ?
 
I've seen problems similar to this but I don't know the solution. When our network loses power, the phone doesn't reboot properly. We have been just unplugging the power and replugging and everything works. Perhaps AltiGen has a firmware update or something that will fix this.
