Hi guys.
I got a altigen 4.0 running at the company(we cannot upgrade until next year), well we want to switch our current phone company, the current company give us analog lines copper, the new company(ATT Mexico called Alestra here) is going to give us the digital lines over a E1.
The technical paper say:
*The pbx system must have a E1 card G.703 interface.
*The services is provide by signaling R2 modified or ISDN.
Here we have E1 lines not T1, them I need to purchase a T1/E1 card?
Last thing, exist a special settings that I need to apply for the settings that the new company request?
