AltiConsole Failed To Connect To Server

Our receptionist came in yesterday and AltiConsole will not start. It gives the message "Failed to Connect To Server". It had been working fine and nothing has been changed on the Altisys server.

I installed it on another computer and get the same error when trying to sign into AltiConsole.

Any ideas on what's happening here?

Did you get this resolved?
Could you ping the Altigen from the PC?

Well, sort of. After rebooting the computer it automagically started working again. Sorry that's not much help.

Yes, the PC could ping the Altigen server.

My AltiGen vendor mentioned that it could have something to do with any Windows Updates that may have been applied - and we had applied updates on this PC regularly.
