Trying to limit users so that they are only able to connect to our wireless network. The linkysys WAP54G Access points that we are using did not come with client management software so I am using windows to configure the wireless network settings.

A) Is there any downloadable wireless client management software out there so I can disable the "Use windows to configure my wireless network connection?"

B) Recommendations on how to limit users to one wireless connection.

Thanks.

Buy a intelligent AP or use "thin" Ap's that connect to a
controlling switch.

With a central security switch you can set up access.

Ended up using group policy to lockdown all network connection properties. Was not sure that this W2K server gps would apply to wireless connections as well as LAN...but seems to have worked.

Thanks for the response Rick. Was not aware of thin AP's.
